Beginning July 8 any appointments booked beyond my regular business hours will receive a 15% surcharge. For anyone who has already booked appointments, this does not apply.
Due to high demand, I am focusing my schedule on my regular and returning guests indefinitely.

To help accommodate all guests needs, please aim to request your appointment 2-4 weeks in advance.
In case of an emergency, the quickest way to contact me will be texting the business phone. I kindly request 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

As of May 6 I am fully vaccinated. Matthew Robert Salon believes in and trusts science, the CDC, and health care professionals. My Covid-19 policies have adjusted slightly based on the latest recommendations from the CDC and State of Minnesota.
-With the lifting of the mask mandate 5/14/21 masks will no longer be required while visiting Matthew Robert Salon. However, heading into flu season and with the Delta variant Matty will be wearing a mask throughout all services for the health and safety of everyone. Guest are recommended to wear a mask but it is up to their discretion.
-The front doors of Salons by JC are open and unlocked M-F 9am-6pm, Sat 8am-4pm. Outside of these hours please call from the callbox (Dial 50, or find Pettitt, M: 50) and I will buzz you in.
-Please wait in the lobby or in seating area halfway up the stairs. I will come get you when I am ready.
-Upon entering my suite I will take your temperature and ask you to use hand sanitizer.
-ZERO TOLERANCE SICK POLICY. Guests or anyone they have came in contact with who has a fever, or are displaying any symptoms indicating illness will be required to reschedule their appointment at least 14 days out from the original appointment.
-I will continually be taking extra measures to sanitize between each guest to ensure our safety using EPA registered disinfectants.
